Visit An Oral Surgeon (he is a specialist dental surgeon who deal in oral cancers and cancer like conditions) or any Dental Institute, for better evaluation. By that time start taking 1. Cap Nutrimax - twice daily 2. Cap. Medoc AT- twice daily If possible consult your Neurologist or Orthopedician whom you are consulting for neck pain. You can also do gargles with Benadryl Cough syrup mixed with water in the ratio of 3:1. One soon of Benadryl mixed in Three spoons of water. This will give you some relief from the burning sensation.
