Hello- loss of sex drive due to the complete removal of reproductive organs is a very serious issue. Sorry to say, but it can't be cured by any sort of treatment as your sexual organ is missing. It's best to accept the fat and not to fall for any kind of unrealistic product or treatment for the same.
