My daughter is 23 months old but she doesn't speak. Only used to say one word "papa" sometimes. She understood everything with expression/sign & copy the same but unable to understand a single word verbally. Also her fontanelle has not been closed till now. Is it big concern or symptoms if any serious illness? Please help me out.
