I haven't had periods since 4 days and did pregnancy test two times both of them came out to be negative, I took ipill in the end of april after which when I got my periods on 5th may it lasted more than normal which was for 10 days, I normally bleed for 7 days but during those periods after 4 days the bleeding was so slow and the flow was also less at the end of 7 days there was just left over blood on my pads nothing else, now today I went to a gynaecologist she prescribed me vitamin d3 once a week, iron tablets once a day and an energy drink named as enerzal she said that this maybe due to hormonal imbalance and also that maybe there is not enough blood production she said to wait for a week or 10 days after that we will go for some tests, although my pregnancy tests are negative still are there any chances of pregnancy? And what should I do to get my periods?

It is not because of the pregnancy. It is because of the side effects of the ipill. It may continue for 2-3 months.
