I am a student of class 9th and I want to gain weight because the amount of fat in my body so less that my adam's apple is easily visible. So please suggest me a diet plan accordingly.

Since you are a school going student and in your growing years, you must increase protein in your diet. Include milk, curd, paneer, dals, sprouts and nuts in your diet. Avoid oily foods maida sugar and refined foods so that there is muscle growth and not fat growth. Eat a variety of seasonal foods in natural form.

This age your metabolism will be very high.Aim to eat for every 2 hours. Include peanut jaggery laddu or sesame seed laddus as part of snacks. Drink a glass of juice daily before breakfast.
