My weight increase in 5 month from 65 kg to 73 kg. Specially I got high cats around my thighs. What should I have to do for weight loss?

For weight loss there should be proper combination of carbs, fat & protein in your diet. I would suggest you eat a balanced diet with enough of protein sources and not only carbohydrates based diet. Bring dietary modifications under the supervision of diet expert so to have proportionate combination of all essential nutrients & to ensure weight loss.
