My dentine, enamel over my front teeth is scrapped off. What should I do? Is that recoverable by polishing or something equivalent of that?

You can protect them from addition wear off by wearing caps on it or undergo cosmetic restorations.

Dear lost portions of teeth are not recoverable. The extent of the loss of the enamel or dentin will help know how will the original and natural shape of the tooth be restored. For a small amount of loss a tooth coloured composite resin can help. For a larger area of loss of tooth structure, a laminate, a veneer or a full coverage crown may be required depending on the amount of area lost.

Lybrate-user, if you have lost enamel and dentine of your front teeth because of any reason then you can get tooth colored fillings done with the same. Polishing will never help you get back your original tooth material.
