Im 26, had pcod n irregular period, I did ovarian drilling, nxt month I started fertility treatment, by taking lots of doses my follicles grows on 17th day of cycle, on 21st cycle lupride 2 mg given when my egg size 20 mm, after 6 days that is on 27th day only my follicle gets ovulated but same that day I got my period heavy bleeding. Is this possible to get period on same day? But doctor said to intercourse on tat day. And gave tablet get 300 and told take pregnancy test after 15 days. Is this possible to get pregnant? Why my period came?

Hi, There is some estrogen level drop during ovulation leading to bleed/spotting sometimes. The egg remains viable for 24 hrs .after bleed stop you can do intercourse as advised and take a pregnancy test after 15 days.

Hello, Pregnancy is not possible once your periods come. Periods are unpredictable in case of PCOS and progesterone-like Duphaston should be added in cases like your for 14 days from day 16 of your periods.
