My teeth upper layer is yellow in color.
When consulted a dentist she suggested that it is because of saline water in the initial days of my life. That should not be a problem.
Can you please suggest any remedy to remove the yellow stains?
That yellow teeth needs to be examined and then we can plan the treatment plan. Depending the grade and type of stains.

The remedy depends upon the condition of your teeth. If only the colour is the problem then you may go for professional bleeching of the teeth. But if the suface is also rough, then you have the options of direct/ indirect veneersveneers and laminates
There are so many treatment option for removal of stains. Extrinsic stain removed with simple process of cleaning at dental clinics. And intrinsic stains require some more procedure depending on which type of stains, site, size and penetration of stains.
Of caurse some intrinsic stain should not be a problem rather than asthetic(Look). But for that asthetic treatment is available to hide and/or remove that stains.
According to the cause determined by your dentist, your dental problem may be called fluorosis. Fluorosis is a disorder which occurs if you take water rich in fluorine content during childhood or development stages. If its that, then u can go for treatment options like micro or macro abrasion techniqus, composite restorations, veneerings or bleaching procedures. The appropriate can be determined by a dentist by examining your oral condition. But, well, there are other lot of reasons for yellow teeth which can be cured by simple scaling procedures.
You can reduce the yellowness by doing bleaching.
Or it can be rectify by Veneer /laminates to teeth
