I have pain in my throat and feel very difficult to swallow anything. What should I do to get rid of this pain.

Hello, It may be due to Pharyngitis or may be due to ulcer in mouth Do you have fever also or problem like cough/ sneezing/running nose? Avoid sour/salty spicy/ very hot/ chilled food If no mouth ulcer, Do warm Saline gargles twice a day for 2-3 days. consult ENT doctor as you need internal examination of throat

you may be having pharyngitis. Do Betadine gurgling 2-3 times daily, take throat lozenges, one tablet of crocin 500mg sos after food . If no relief you may have to take antibiotic. consult
