Cavity in tooth, left lower jaw, pain at night, from cleaning teeth with water(normal cold). Which medcine i should take ?

The cavity in tooth needs to be restored and that will solve your problem. If the tooth is sensitive to cold then it can be filled but if it is sensitive to hot food as well then the cavity might be deep. Please consult your dentist at the earliest.

Your symptoms suggest that you might be requiring root canal treatment for a tooth in lower left jaw. To relieve pain you can start with tablet ordent twice daily for three days, tablet ketorol DT (dissolved in half glass water) twice daily for 3 days and tablet pan d one tablet early morning empty stomach for 3 days. Please remember that medicines might give you some or complete relief from pain but this problem might reccur if you wont go for the treatment.

Medicines won't treat your toothache, it would merely subside the pain for some time. You will have to get an x ray done for the tooth and get necessary treatment done. Till you get it examined you can take a painkiller that you are not allergic to.
