Recently I have been asked to use duonase nasal spray for at least 30 days along with couple of more medicines, it started with great impact but only today after almost 15 days something went wrong and still I am feeling my nasal blocked only this night if I try to bend to sleep right side the opposite gets congested and so on. Feeling uncomfortable, could you please confirm if I could spray 2nd time keeping some time gap and how much if you think one can, you are the best judge.
