Good evening - it is better one takes an appointment with a dental surgeon - let him examine the same - he will probably take a tooth X ray and if he finds that the tooth can be salvaged - probably recommend a RCT - do proceed for the same under advised medication and it should be followed by a crown or cap.Â

Dear Sisir, really sorry that you are in pain. Get an x-ray of the tooth done. As per your complaint, it seems you are having this pain because of pus under tooth. That will need RCT (root canal treatment) and then a cap on the tooth in question, though the exact diagnosis can only be made after a thorough clinical examination and X-Ray. In the meantime you can take some painkiller, if the pain is continuous. If the pain is only when eating avoid eating with this tooth and painkiller would not help much. You will be fine soon. God bless. Â
