Husband had emergency kidney stone surgery four days ago. Had to go back to er for fever early yesterday morning. Took augmentin at 7 p.m. It is 2: 20 a.m. Pst. He has a fever of 102.3. Should I take him back to hospital now, or can he wait an hour or two to see if tylenol take fever down?

This is high grade fever. Better to take him back to hospital he should be started on intravenous antibiotics.
