Hi, i'm prerana n i'm 24. I don't have regular periods I have taken ayurvedic medicine but still it's not regular. And I have belly fat may I know the proper diet to reduce my extra fat from my body thank you.

You have to follow a very healthy diet including workout for 1 and a 1/2 hour at a stretch - cycling, playing sports, fast walking, jogging, running, yoga etc. In the diet you should take high fiber, high protein, lots of fruits and vegetables, with low carbs and fat.
