I am 5.1 inch tall with 50 kg weight. My whole body is kind off good. No fat accumulation on hand nd thigh. But my tummy is lil bulgy. It looks bad. I am lazy af to do exercise. I really want good diet plan can you help me.
Limit your intake carbohydrates especially refined, drink protein shakes eat more fibre especially soluble fibre. Do cardio exercise.
