Hi, when in inhale deeply I get mild pain in my back (right side). I got my chest xray and pft test checked with doctor and he said everything is clear and it might be pluracy and will get cured in 2-3 months with pranayamam, I got physiotherapy too but its more than 5-6 years I still get the mild pain when I deeply inhale. Any other test to get my right lung and any other treatment I can take.

Hello, our body communicates with us in terms of pain & discomfort. You have been suffering back pain while deep breathing from last 5_6 years. Which indicates that you have a mechanical problem rather than any systemic problem. No need for any kind of pathological test, the reports will be normal only, because if there would be any systemic involvement then you should have any other symptoms like cough, fever, vomiting, etc. With my experience, it might be purely mechanical means muscular imbalance, low cardiorespiratory endurance, etc. Incorrect breathing pattern (use of wrong muscles for breathing) is also one of the reasons for back pain.
