Hi, A week after my period, I had a major spotting moment that was heavy and lasted for 4 days. The week after that, I started having my period. But the week after is my real period. What can be the cause of this? Also, you might know, and please don't judge. every time before my spotting and off-time period began, I masturbated. Do you think the masturbation can cause it?
