Hi I am diabetic currently I am talking lingliptan 5 mg and gluconorm g forte 4 mg in morning and gluconorm 4 mg forte in night morning time before lunch or dinner sugar level 130-150 but when I do fasting before medicine it's 180-200 can some one suggest what to do also I am talking bp medicine telwake 40 am hba1c 7.8 thanx.

To control your blood sugar you need to modify the medications and need to add other types of OADs if you are not willing to take Insulin, but Insulin will be the best treatment option for you at least for 3-6 months.
