Respected sir/mam, last day, when. I was playing cricket, my shoulder was dislodged. It happens many time with me. every time i've fixed it. My my shoulder paining at least 10 days. I can't throw anything till 15 days. After that it's became fine. This time also I fixed it well. It's paining. How could I stay free from pain and this shoulder dislocation problem?

Please do not do any body building activities for the next 4 weeks as shoulder dislocation will take minimum 4-6 weeks to heal. And also you need to do shoulder strengthening exercises which is very much important for you to recover totally and also in a rhythmical manner.
