Why do I have a vaginal excretion of black-brown blood for almost a week during the first week of May? Even though I'm not taking any birth control drugs. Moreover, it's already the 20th day of May and I'm already 2 days late for my monthly period. Does the excretion of black-brown blood have something to do with my menstruation cycle?

Is there any chance of pregnancy. If so then you need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. If no get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen. For more details you can consult me.
