Hello, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I have been having problems with my right foot for 9 years now. Everyday what feels like the arch of my foot is snapping and it either releases pressure or causes me severe pain. It's always at the bottom dead center just south of the big toe. It happens multiple times a day, but the pain has been increasing more and more with each "snap" I also get a warm tingling and a weird pulse thing going on. I do not know what to do or how to proceed.
