Severe toothache is the last tooth i.e. Lower 8th tooth (wisdom tooth) and the pain is going on from last 3 days. The pain have become unbearable and it started spreading towards head and inside ear. Visited a doctor and he said needs to remove the tooth but there are certain complications as patient have 85000 platelets count and a sugar (p.p.) of 265. He also is not giving any kind of good medicines for relief of pain as the patient has a history of liver cirrhosis he inly advised to have paracetamol if pain persuade and if paracetamol couldn't reduce the pain, then he suggested to take injection of dolonex and rantac for quick pain relief. I tried everything to calm my uncle down with the medicines he suggested, but nothing seems to work. The pain is worsening day by day. He could not even sleep. Please help me.
