I am suffering from bilateral frozen shoulder, as diagnosed by an orthopaedic doctor. It started all of sudden, early march this year. Actually there was little stiffness one morning n I thought its because of cold. Then I had pulled big fiber sheets with both hands to cover my backyard so I thought there is muscle pull in both shoulders. I took vit. B12, calcium supplement for one month as I was deficient in b12 n d3.(d3 I am still taking as it was weekly fir 12 weeks.). I took physiotherapy for about 20 days. But no relief. Can't take hands up to even comb. Putting on clothes n taking bath has become problem. I can not sleep properly ,it starts paining n the whole arm appears over worked up. When I get up after sleeping, the shoulders n muscles between shoulders n elbow pain as if I have taken tetanus injections. Please advice n help.
