I am 85 years 5 months old. Full body scan indicates that kneecaps of the knee joints which were replaced about 9 years ago now needs resurfacing! my left hip has developed osteoarthritis and needs replacing. All this has effected my left left shoulder joint, lower back and left ankle. The orthopedic surgeon has suggested to avoid major surgery due to risk of possible infection and due to advanced age other complications. At the moment taking turmeric 600 mg capsules, anti inflammatory gel and paracetamol 2 tablets per day! I would appreciate meaning full advice!
