I started a new diet plan for increasing my weight and the diet detail is bellow 1 glass water in the morning 1 banana before exercise in the morning 100 gram sprouts (moong + gram+soya) after exercise 2 banana and one glass milk after 30 minutes lunch after 3 hours (salad + rice with lunch) after 3 hours 100 gram panner after 4 hours 3 boiled and 1 glass milk with 2 banana at the night before sleep so this is my total diet which I am taking right now so my question is (1) is it a perfect diet according to my health or its over eating? (2) should I change anything in this diet? (3) over-all I am talking 70 to 80 gram protein in a day is it good for me or its too much?
