I eats spicy snacks like kurkure, tomato chips, home made chips, banana chips etc. Do it has side effects on my body or health? If yes then do suggest the alternative to these what should I eat then apart from food because I love eating snacks.

Hello Chittaranjan Kumar! Having fried snacks daily will led to obesity.. body fat will increase in your and your health will be deteriorated. Try having fruits, salads instead of having chips and other fried snacks. Thank you

Banana chips is better than kurkure like stuffs. Have home made snacks than packed. Occasionally packed is ok.
