I'm a 21 year old female. My height is 4'10" and weight is 57 kgs, which is too much for my short frame. My goal is to be 46 kgs. Please suggest me how to loose weight effectively with less effort, as i'm a cs student and I don't have much time for gym. Can changes in diet make a significant difference? I wish for weight loss as well as fat loss. My areas of fat accumulation are - hands, hips, thighs and tummy.
