Jo medicines diya hai wo continue Karo. khana khane k baad muh saaf rakha karo. medicated toothpaste se brush karwao. Avoid sticky foods, chocolates, candies for some days. Medicine jitne din ka diya hai pura complete karo agar uske baad v pain rahe den consult dentist again.

Definitely visit a dnetist and ask him/her to go for child rct or pulpectomy of the decayed tooth. Pain will be relieved instantly after 1st sitting.
Brush teeth twice daily. Candy cop toothpaste. Rinses after every meal.
Hello lybrate-user. Ibugesic is very harmful for the kidney. At this young age it is very harmful. Take proper homoeopathic treatment to stop the pain and cavity. You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment.
Many times the child patients are scared of the dentist and it becomes very difficult to treat them. Decayed teeth that are causing that much pain must be treated with pulpectomy, and if it is extremely damaged, extraction followed by space maintainer is advisable. A paedodontist is specifically trained to treat children's teeth and will be able to suggest the necessary treatment for your child's teeth.
