Respected sir / madam my brother is 24 year and they are suffering from insomnia from last some month, all time they upset and angry mood, when me and my family member ask any thing they reply in angry mood, and he take some insomnia medicine for better sleep, but not very effective of long time. Currently he is studying now and residents in hostel .and one thing he make a distance from background people and never want to talk any other person and avoid walking, being a brother what we do.

It becomes difficult when the communication is not two-way !! You can try to talk to him and offer help. If he want's to share his problems or discuss whatever the issues that are bothering him, then you can listen to him without any bias. You can also take help from his friends or other family members with whom he is comfortable and enjoys the company. Lastly, one can always seek professional help if needed, you can take the help of a doctor ( or a counsellor ) who can listen to his concerns and also check his overall health.
