I am 69 year old and now a days my fasting 250 & pp is 349 medicine I am taking janumet 50/1000 glimmer 2 tribet 2 how can I normalise my blood sugar I also have high blood pressure which is normal.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Both glucose levels mentined are too high. Fasting should be < 100 mg or clser to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 7%. It is clear that current treatment is not at all helping in chieving necessary control. So please consult your physician and get the treatment up graded. Plus there is a need to look at your dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, weight and bmi. Thanks.
