Hello Doctor, I have skin problem like some dark circles on my face under the eyes and some time I felt my skin is oily and some time I felt my skin is rough. Doctor I am confused about this thing. Sir/mam what should I do for my skin, because due to this I feel my skin is black. please recommend me sun cream and face wash, according to my face. Thanks a lot.
