Hello, I m more little fatty from childhood, habitual of eating ghee, butter, as natural in Punjabi family, Now my age is 38,height 5.5inch, weight 94kg ,I eat daily heavy breakfast, fruits in lunch and good meal in dinner,after that glass of milk or coffee, before go to bed till 12.30 for sleep, and wake up 8.30-9.00am, give me diet chart to lose weight, or what to do ?
