I am a 23 yr old male, I am in severe pain whenever I blow air from mouth like filling up a balloon. Pain and swelling is just below the cheeks, Within a few hrs pain and swelling vanishes as if nothing happened. This occurs only when I blow air.

Actually one of our Salivary gland called PAROTID GLAND lies just in the vicinity of our JawJoint and its duct opens in our mouth.When we blow air from our mouth with presssure a large part of this air travels to Parotid glands through thi Parotid ducts thus caussing presure and tretching theParotid glands leading to pain below the cheeks.
