I am 53yrs and suffering from constipation,indigestion and piles for the last 15yrs. I tried Ayurveda medicines and food control to reduce the symptoms but recovery is only temporary now I am feeling sexual weakness also. Can u give some advice

Improper dietary habits result in A.Indigestion ,B.Constipation, C.Piles. For A&B you can try with medicnes, but for C-surgery is better

You should improve your dietary habits. Take leafy vegetables, salads, butter milk, drink plenty of water, adequate sleep. Hot water Sitz bath twice a day. If the symptoms persist, get done sclerotherapy or Haemorrhoidectomy according to degree of the Piles.
