I'm 22 year old male. I have stomach pain from past 12 hours continuously (no loose motion). The food which I ate today morning is outside food. After having that, suddenly I'm getting pain. The morning and afternoon food is not at all digesting in my stomach. I'm feeling discomfort. So please tell me what happened for me. And how to cure it? What are the food items I can eat? Till when?

Hello, This may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas/ constipation or gastroenteritis You can take 1.Tablet Meftal Spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 Mg before food once a day for 2-3 days.. and follow care advises given below .Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food Take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti pain is on which side of abdomen ? also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not ? so that we can reach diagnosis consult me/ Physician for further management as you need Antibiotic after complete evalution
