my age is 22 years my height is 5.6 inch my current weight is 69 kg but before my weight was 95kg so I have reduced 25 kgs so now tell me how to maintain my weight when I have eat dinner at night so my weight is gaining. How can I hold my weight.

Hello, yes you can hold on it by taking Phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. drink plenty of water daily. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.
