I am suffering from tonsillitis which was diagnosed in hospital as grade three and kept on azithromycin for two weeks then I was having a good prognosis but now the condition is recurring because I can appreciate it through a mirror, the dose ended four days ago. I don't have fever, headache, halitosis, sore throat or pain in swallowing. Before kept on again I used fluxamox and pen v with no improvement. So um confused what should I do?

Just having grade 3 tonsils isn't something to worry about. If you get recurrent tonsillitis then there is an indication for treatment. Tonsil is a normal tissue. Grade 3 tonsils may cause you obstructive symptoms but if that is also not the case then there is nothing to be done.
