Dear dr., I was advised to put catheter as I was having burning and difficulty in passing urine by an urologist 4 days back, I was suffering from bph from last two years for which I was taking urimax initially and latter ayurvedic treatment. Now urologist prescribed me 8 mg and asked to get catheter removed after 5 to 6 days. But after putting catheter my urine is very dark almost brown from evening to morning and becomes light after I drink honey water and coconut infused water. What can be the cause. And can I get catheter removed. Please help.
