My daughter is 5 years old and some of her tooth's are having cavity. It has hole & blackish color. Is it suggested to remove her tooth in such small age. Presently it is not paining.

Dear, Though these teeth are milk teeth and they are going to be replaced by permanent teeth at later age but you should get these teeth filled / restored otherwise she may have severe pain later. Also it is not advisable to remove these teeth at this age. Regards
