I was taking laser od on my 2nd day of period till 5 days, 12 day ultrasound egg size not accurate than doctor advise me prolifen for 2 days after this she not advised me for presage. Now I am taking duphaston from 22 days. My last period date is 22nd march and my period cycle is normal but this time my period not came still. What is the reason behind?

Hello, Hope you have excluded pregnancy by urine for the pregnancy test. Its because you are taking duphaston which is s progesterone that you are not having periods. Usually we ask patients to take duphaston for 14 days after ovulation and than do urine for pregnancy test or serum b hcg. If pregnancy is excluded than duphaston need to br stopped following which withdrawal bleeding occurs.
