Hello, I have left abdominal discomfort and inability to pass stool fully and then tightness in left chest and shortness of breath and doctor advised me to take cbc test, I provided cbc results below. All are in normal levels except these three. Mch, mchc, lymphocytes. Should I need to be worried? I don't have blood and mucus in stool.
