I am not being able to stop eating junk food. It seems I am addicted to it. If I skip eating it a single day I get terrible mood swings. I have pcod I want to stop eating junk. please suggest me something.

Hi Radhika, don't worry I am here to help you! The mood swings and cravings are due to hormonal imbalance which is inter-related to PCOD. Few things you canstart, firstly start exercising this releases the "feel good" hormones improving your mood. Secondly start replacing junk food with similar healthy foods e.g. when you get a craving try cooking something similar at home. Lastly try to eat small meals every 2-3 hours adding fruits and salads or healthy snacks in between.
