I have been having back pain for the last several years .For he last five years the L4andL5 are herniated discs .I just did floor cleaning by half sitting and my back pain is drastically reduced so I cd bend and move freely . But I do have numbness in my rt leg .Pl provide some exercises or treatment . Should I take Nerobion to reduce my numbness on the leg
