I am 30 years old suffering from acute right upper quadrant pain. Then, I have gone through ultrasound of abdomen and lfts. It showed 11 mm stone in gall bladder, and sgpt and sgot elevated to 500. Doctor suggested me to undergo surgery. Symptoms are fever, pain, color change in urine, headache. Is there any non-surgical treatment?

No, There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike the case of kidney stones). So gall stones If they are not creating a problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they are causing a problem, it's better to remove them.

Non surgical treatment for cholecystitis will result in recurrent such episodes. The best option for you right now is surgery.
