Hello doctor i have ankylosing spondylities from more then 10 years. My age is 29. Mene pehle kaafi allopathy treatment liye the per muje unke side effect ho jate the isliye me ab 2 saal se Ayurveda treatment le reha hu isse muje thoda benefit to hai or koi side effect bhi nahi hota. I would suggest to do exercises like walking/swimming ,move all the joints of your body in full range atleast once a day. This will keep you away from stiffness and mobile.

First rule out the stiffness of the hip and spine. Spinal mobilization exercise, gym ball exercise, swimming are quite helpful. Stretching of hip and knee muscles are also helpful for this ind of problem. If you have a static cycle you can try that also. Dont go for much strengthening exercise.
