Drink plenty of water and add green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet. Avoid spicy and fried food. Avoid harmful chemicals and shampoo, foams, gels etc. If you are suffering from constipation, take any laxative. Take asthiposhak vat twice a day. You can take juice coconut milk or oil, sesame seeds, gooseberry, pulses, soya milk, aloevera juice to stop hair fall and regrowth of your hair. Feel free to consult.
