I got bitten by a sex worker in the neck 36 hours back. I didn't see any blood or bite marks in initial examination but there was a small burning sensation in that area so consulted a local doctor. He examined and said there is a very small cut which is not directly visible but can be found by the place of burning. He gave me tt injection and said not to worry. Now I am having mild fever with body aches. When I google it shows that human bites can transfer hiv, herpetic b. I am very worried right now. Please help.

Yes it can if there is direct blood contact then only, as there is no injury soo no blood contact, soo there is no chance of hiv.

It is unlikely that you have hiv and spreading by bites is very uncommon and you cannot be sure if the sex worker had hiv at all.
