My mother is 65 years old. Her height is 5.5 & weight 130 kg. Having bp & diabetes & sleep apnea for which she uses cpap machine. She went left leg knee replacement 3 years back. Now we want to do knee replacement of right leg. Can knee replacement surgery be done at this weight & how safe is regional anaesthesia with pre-existing condition of sleep apnea.

You can go ahead, it will not cause much problems, if cardiac fitness is there, you can get the surgery done.
