Sir, I am a Male 38, Diabetic. My urethral meatus is narrowing and blocking the passage of urine. Due to this or not I don't know I am getting very frequent urination. I am getting almost 2 hrs once this urination in both day and night. While trying to pass this urine I have to force it very hard to pass through. I have to apply full pressure to pass this urine which is also painful. Can you suggest any remedy, treatment etc to bring down this quantity of Urination and pain while passing thru.
